The editorial board of the scientific journal adheres to the Open Access policy. All articles are published permanently and free of charge immediately after the issue's release. Full-text access to scientific articles is available in real-time on the official website in the Archive section.

This aligns with the definition of Open Access by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI): "Open access is a means to ensure fairness, quality, usability, and sustainability of research."

In 2022, Crossref changed its distribution policy, and now all metadata they receive regarding references are open. We submit all necessary article metadata to Crossref to comply with I4OC standards for open citation.
Self-Archiving
Authors are encouraged to deposit (self-archive):

The accepted or final published version of the article in any appropriate source (e.g., institutional or other specialized repositories, personal websites, etc.) without an embargo period.
In the case of self-archiving, authors should also indicate the Publisher and Journal and provide the article's URL.
