The article explores the value-role aspect of psychological interaction in a team game of football as a fundamental component of effective cooperation and team dynamics. The main attention is paid to how the individual values of players shape their role positions (left defender, motivator, leader, etc.), and how their consistency with the club philosophy affects team cohesion, motivation and communication. The article discusses methods for forming a value-role map, including questionnaires (according to the Schwartz model), sociometric tests, and expert analysis of videos with microinteractions. The emphasis is on dynamic role correction during the season through team sessions, video analysis, and group reflection. The aim of the study is to establish a connection between value-role consistency in the team and key indicators of psychological interaction: cohesion, adaptation of newcomers, conflict prevention, motivation and effectiveness of leaders' influence during matches and training. The research methods include analytical, systemic, comparative, structural-functional, sociological and content analysis. It was found that a high level of value and role congruence reduces cognitive dissonance, increases communication efficiency during stress, promotes recovery after difficult matches and builds psychological resilience of the team. The role of the captain and informal leaders is considered as a key translator of shared values. The findings indicate that the value-role approach largely determines the quality of team interaction, which is an important prerequisite for sports success and social education both at the club level and in society as a whole.
