Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the problem of training future teachers to create an inclusive educational environment in the context of globalization processes. The relevance of the study is due to the strengthening of international trends in the field of education, the growth of population mobility, the expansion of cultural diversity and the need to ensure equal access to quality education for all applicants, including persons with special educational needs. In modern conditions of globalization, inclusive education is considered an important tool for social integration, respect for human rights and sustainable development of society, which requires teachers to have new professional competencies, value orientations and readiness for intercultural interaction.

The article clarifies the essence of the concepts of "inclusive educational environment" and "professional readiness of future teachers", determines their relationship in the context of global educational transformations. Analyzes the regulatory and conceptual principles of training pedagogical staff for inclusive education, taking into account international documents and European educational standards. Particular attention is paid to the structure of professional readiness of future teachers, which includes motivational and value, cognitive, activity and reflective components. Justifies the role of higher pedagogical education institutions in the formation of inclusive competence of students through the implementation of an interdisciplinary approach, innovative pedagogical technologies, practice-oriented learning and the development of inclusive culture. Determines key areas for improving the professional training of future teachers in the context of globalization, in particular, the integration of international experience, the use of digital resources and the formation of readiness for continuous professional development.
