Peer Review

All articles submitted to the journal undergo peer review to ensure academic quality, novelty, and research integrity.

1. Initial Review (for authors without academic degree)

If the author does not hold a scientific degree, the manuscript must be accompanied by an open peer review from a Doctor of Sciences affiliated with the author’s workplace or university. The review should include:

  • assessment of the reliability of results;

  • relevance and novelty of the study;

  • practical significance;

  • a clear recommendation regarding publication.

2. Main Review (Double-blind)

After the initial editorial screening (topic relevance, structure, formatting, and ethical compliance), the article is sent to two independent reviewers. The double-blind peer review procedure ensures that neither the reviewers nor the authors know each other’s identities.

3. Review Outcomes

Reviewers may recommend:

  • accept for publication;

  • revise and resubmit;

  • reject (with justification).

In case of contradictory reviews or concerns about reviewer bias, an additional reviewer may be assigned.

4. Revisions and Final Decision

Authors have up to 10 days to revise the manuscript. After all issues are addressed, the editorial board makes the final publication decision.
